BEING HUMAN
Being Human is just being yourself, having the freedom or liberty to be whoever you want to be. Having the consciousness to be able to create and discover yourself as an individual bearing the will and desire to be who you want to be. To be able to do things without caring about the judgment. Being human means accepting all that you are and living your life the way it suits you void of regret or worry.
Being human means showing or expressing your emotions and displaying
your reactions. Cry when you are upset; laugh like a maniac when something
excites you, smile when something attracts you and loving people with all your
heart and letting them know that.
Expressing
yourself when someone hurts your feelings is just human.
Call
it passion, call it heart, call it determination, call it desire but it is that
which makes you normal, it is that which keeps me going and keep pressing on.
Discovering
your hidden values, treasures and potentials inside of you and bringing them
out.
Mistakes,
flaws and errors are what makes up humanity. Having the consciousness that
neither of them are inevitable.
Being human means discovering all that is around you. It means
spending your entire Sunday in bed watching cartoons or getting up to watch the
sunset and then spending your morning worshiping Christ (or whomever it is you
believe).
Being human means giving it your all in every thing you do, but
also realizing when enough is enough. Being human is putting differences aside
and standing together with those you never thought you could.
Moral courage is the highest expression of humanity – Ralph Nader
Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s need, but not every
man’s greed. Mahatma Gandhi.
We have what it takes to be what we want to be, but the greatest
task is finding out who you are.
The real fact is “Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor,
it must be demanded by the oppressed” – Martin Luther King Jr.
“As humans, we demanding freedom from what seems to be a burden to
us is a practical exercise of our right”. – David Clarkson
A surprising or overwhelming fact about humanity is that we tend to sacrifice
one thing for another. When sick, we sacrifice our money to gain good health;
when healthy we sacrifice our strength to earn ourselves money. We are so
concerned with what the future holds for us, and neglect our present situation.
“He lives as if he is not going to die, and then dies having never
really lived”. Dalai Lama.
