 Being a leader


 Leadership is not a matter of words but of practice being perfected by a good vision alongside with a positive mission.
The vision of a leader is his foresight, have a unique vision and run passionately with it.

 Leadership is all about game playing and strategy laying, Leadership is all about bringing out the best in those you are leading and taking them to a greater height.

Leaders don’t rule by being authoritative, a good leader is one whose personality portrays discipline, humility, transparency and above all willing to serve the people whole heartedly.
Many atimes, there are alot of vices which influences leadership
They are as follows:
  • Social media
  • Peer group
  •  Family
  • Environmental factor
A good and effective leader works hand in hand-in-hand with his followers. He doesn't feel he shouldn't participate in the work or activities being carried out

 Do not get carried away by people’s opinion about yourself, you could at least consider their advice or opinion.

Note:- In conclusion, you don’t build a house without a foundation, neither do you build an hospital without nurses, so also you don’t seek a leadership position without a vision, at this point I believe it is important I open the bag of my vision to you, one of the criteria for knowing a leader is by his willingness to serve not just to assume the position but he should be prepared to serve you.

A LEADER SHOULD POSSESS THIS QUALITY  (S-E-R-V-E)
  • Sincerity
  • Enlightment.
  • Reliability
  • Vibrant
  • Efficient 


Sincerity: He/she should be sincere, honest and avoid or abstain from pretense, deceit or hypocrisy

 Enlightenment: enlightenment refers to inform, lecture, educate, give out awareness, pass knowledge or information to someone. enelightement as regards leadership a leader enlightens his followers about their aims and objectives and also ways to go about handling it.

 Reliability
reliability in the sense that as a leader you ought to be reliable and trust worthy your followers needs to depend or rely on you for advice and confidential information which you shouldn't disclose to a third party.

 vibrant:
as a leader you ought to be up and doing being vibrant, elegant, high spirited and energetic you should posses a dynamic and determined personality.

 efficient:
Lastly, a leader should be well organized, he should have a systematic, logical and methodological sense of reasoning. He/she should be Committed and Time friendly i.e he/she should be able to work with time

 In conclusion A leader should prepare for anything at anytime also bare in mind that the first person or group of persons that will bring you down either politically, financially or otherwise are your followers.


Carry them along, when you are up they should also be happy to witness it
